In addition to our Telsis consultancy services for development and support, our product range has been optimised to work within a Telsis network.

Telsis also recognise our unique position and we are pleased to have a reseller agreement with them which brings together our strengths to deliver flexible carrier grade solutions.

Service Control Point (SCP)

The Shout SCP provides call control to Ocean Control Protocol compliant call handling units such as the Telsis SSP, Telsis IP, Shout IVR and Shout SIP Gateway. Our SCP provides a web based service creation interface allowing customers to develop their own database and web service driven applications.

SIP Gateway

The Shout SIP Gateway extends an Ocean Control Protocol SCP to allow for control of SIP NGN Switches. The SIP Gateway Back-to-Back User Agent architecture allows existing TDM SCP applications to control SIP calls.

Intelligent Peripheral (IP)

The Shout IP provides full IVR functionality, including speech recognition and text to speech as well as FAX support, all under control of an existing SCP. Support for standard Telsis SCP MAP Nodes as well as custom Nodes for extended functionality allows the Shout IP to be dropped into an existing network.

Advanced Call Control

Shout have developed a package of SCP Nodes and SSP Nodal applications to bring SSP call control to the next level allowing development of advanced call control applications. Support for multi-leg call control with control of audio to each leg allows for advanced call queue and blast outdial applications.

CDR-Safe

Shout CDR-Safe provides a resilient platform for Call Detail Record (CDR) collection, archiving and distribution to billing, statistics and management systems. In addition to support for Telsis SSP formatted CDRs, CDR-Safe can support CDRs from multiple vendors and map output fields under customer control for a flexible output feed.

Service Data Point (SDP)

The Shout SDP allows external real-time database access for a Telsis SCP. The SDP allows web enabling of advanced call control applications and brings carrier grade performance to database driven applications.
