Opal
Shout have been working with Opal’s Inbound Service Division for the last 8 years and share their commitment for inbound call handling.

Our network IVR’s simultaneously provide a wide range of voice services for conference, call record, fax, audio play and record. This has given Opal the ability to cost effectively build a carrier grade range of inbound products.

We went on to develop a bespoke customer facing statistics package which enabled Opal to win new customers as well as reducing churn. Bespoke statistics applications allow differentiation of services from competitors and working closely with Shout, Opal was able to deliver a statistics package to make the difference.
