KCOM approached Shout in search of a solution that would enable them to win a substantial new customer, but needed to enhance the capability of their Intelligent Network in order to deliver the required services.
Having already developed their own Intelligent Call Routing applications it was essential that any new solution would seamlessly integrate into their unique infrastructure.
