In certain circumstances, the Shout solutions can directly control your existing call-handling network, be it INAP, SIP or IN control protocols. This ability to control, together with enhanced SQL database integration, provides us with an extremely powerful Call Routing engine that we have developed for our clients. We have also integrated a Web Server API into this mix, meaning that you can deploy extremely complex and flexible routing applications that can be controlled via the Internet, or indeed via a third party number management or web-based system using protocols such as XML
