Intelligent Call Routing can mean any number of things to a user and the high programmability of our products and solutions means that we can deliver on your individual requirements.
In certain circumstances, our solutions can directly control your existing call-handling network, be it INAP, SIP or IN control protocols. This ability to control, together with enhanced SQL database integration, provides us with an extremely powerful call routing engine developed especially for our Operator customers.
We have also integrated a Web Server API into this mix, meaning that you can deploy extremely complex and flexible routing applications that can be controlled via the Internet, or indeed via a third party number management or web-based system, using protocols such as XML.
Some of the largest call routing applications in the UK are already running using our powerful product and solution portfolio.
